TV, movies, good laughs

Last week I watched one of my favorite movies, Miller's Crossing! For those who don't know, it's a old gangster movie film in the 90's about life in 1920's-30's. It's a very well done movie, created by the Coen Brothers, the script is great and they use alot of 1920's slang. I never get tired of watching this movie, it's done so well and it's funny. I'm always a sucker for a good crime movie. Heat, Scarface, the first two Godfather movies, any of which I get trapped into if I'm channel surfing. If you don't know Miller's Crossing check it out.

Rant and rave

I love this country, I've travelled to our borders and to the West Indies and I can truly say that I am proud to be an AMERICAN.

Now having said that I am a man of very little patiance (the doctors say I'm kinda special that way). I am truly trying to work on it, but STUPID people really piss me off. I work answering phones, taking orders and problemsolving issues for a wholeseller. The STUPID, questions and statements I hear everyday is unbelievable. I've come to realize that too many people really don't think before they speak or they have thier heads so far up they're asses that they just don't listen. Now I realize that people are people and they maybe utterly stressed when they call me but everyone here is experiancing the same thing.

At another job I learned it takes 10 -12 good experiances to make up for one bad experiance, I firmly believe that. At this point I'll need about 75,000 good customer experiances.

This was a very cool Art Exbit I went to last Sunday at the Brooklyn Museam. On another site some people had a problem with the art so I wanted to put it up here to see if anyone objected. Enjoy.

random thoughts

There are a million random thoughts going thru your head as you wait for quiting time. Mind you this is probaly the best job I've ever had but it's still a job. You daydream about doing almost anything else if you were anywhere else but work. The sad fact is even when your not at work (vacation, sick day, lucky) the day goes way too fast, you can waste it so quickly... and then it's gone. There is so much I want to do, adventures to have and not enough time. I have too many hobbies and not enough time or $$ to enjoy them. Everything becomes a trap after a while. Wow that's pretty depressing, especially if no one reads this dribble.
